1. About us and these terms
Laylea Jewelry is an online store operated by Market Makers, MB, Perkūnkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania. In these Terms of Service, “Laylea,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Market Makers, MB.
These terms govern your use of laylea.com and purchases made through the store. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
2. Using the store
You must provide accurate information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You may use the store for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass its security or use it to submit fraudulent orders or harmful content. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store or its customers.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our jewelry accurately. Colours may appear different depending on your screen, and individual pieces may have minor variations. These differences do not limit your rights if a product does not conform to its description or to applicable law.
Product availability and descriptions may change. The details shown when you place your order apply to that purchase, subject to correction of errors and your legal rights.
4. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you agree to pay the total shown at checkout. We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provide.
If we cannot fulfil an order—for example, because an item is unavailable or payment cannot be completed—we will contact you. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.
Please check your order and delivery details before submitting them. Contact hello@laylea.com promptly if you need a change. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once processing or dispatch has begun.
5. Prices and promotions
The product prices, discounts, shipping charges and order total applicable to your purchase are shown at checkout before you place your order. Prices include applicable taxes where required. Our Shipping Policy explains how we handle customs duties and import charges.
Unless a particular offer states otherwise, our Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion applies to eligible full-price jewelry. For every three eligible items in an order, the lowest-priced eligible item is free. Six eligible items qualify for two free items, nine qualify for three, and so on. Sale items do not count toward this promotion. Eligibility and the discount applied are shown at checkout.
Where we offer a gift with a minimum purchase, the threshold is calculated from the merchandise total after discounts, excluding shipping charges and free gifts. Any additional conditions for a promotion will be displayed with that offer.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns of promotional items and gifts are handled. Promotional terms do not limit statutory withdrawal rights or rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
6. Shipping and delivery
Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges and tracking information are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a specific date.
We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them. Your mandatory rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unaffected.
7. Returns and consumer rights
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains our additional 30-day change-of-mind policy, return shipping costs, promotional returns and refunds. Eligible customers may also have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Our EU Withdrawal Form is available for that purpose.
Goods that are defective, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract are covered by applicable statutory remedies and legal guarantees. Our voluntary return conditions do not restrict those rights.
8. Store content and intellectual property
The Laylea name, logo, product photographs, text and other store content belong to Market Makers, MB or their respective rights holders. You may view the store and use its content for personal shopping. You may not reproduce or use protected content for commercial purposes without permission, except where the law permits it.
Shopify and other third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Reviews and other content you submit
If you submit a review or other content to the store, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You permit us to display and use that content in connection with operating and promoting Laylea, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes another person’s rights.
10. Third-party services and links
Our store is powered by Shopify. Market Makers, MB is the seller of products purchased through Laylea; Shopify provides the platform.
The store may include payment options, tools or links operated by third parties. Their services may have separate terms and privacy policies. This section does not exclude any responsibility that we have under applicable law.
11. Errors and interruptions
We may correct inaccurate product, price or availability information. If an error materially affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and provide the options or remedies required by law.
We work to keep the store available and secure, but technical interruptions can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Liability
We are responsible for losses and remedies to the extent required by applicable law. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our store, practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights arising from an order already placed unless applicable law permits it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer in another country, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to you. This clause does not restrict any right you have to bring a claim before a competent court under applicable law.
